.ai (Adobe Illustrator) is preferred. We also accept .pdf with embedded vector data and .eps. Max file size 100 MB.

CMYK. Convert any RGB artwork before exporting — RGB-to-CMYK conversion at print can shift colors unpredictably.

For brand-critical color matches (team colors, sponsor logos), include Pantone references when possible. We'll get as close as UV print can reproduce.

Every order needs 0.125" bleedon all edges. Match your chosen product's trimmed size:

Set up your art board at the trimmed size + 0.125" bleed all around. Anything outside the trimmed area is cropped at print.

300 DPI for any raster (photographic) elements at final print size. Vectors are resolution-independent and always preferred.

Convert all type to outlines (Type → Create Outlines in Illustrator) before exporting. This guarantees your fonts print exactly as designed regardless of what we have installed.

Both cornhole boards and trophy plaques have a circular hole. Regulation boards use a 6"-diameter hole centered 9" from the top edge. Trophy plaques have a smaller hole scaled to the plaque size — ask for the exact template if you need precise coordinates.

We cut after print, so anything inside the hole gets removed. Keep critical art (logos, key text, faces) outside the hole zone. Background patterns, gradients, and textures inside the hole are fine — just nothing you'd hate to lose.
