Refund & return policy.

No returns or exchanges outside of manufacturer defects or errors. Custom-art boards, trophy plaques, and personalized jerseys (name/number) are final sale.

• • Top coat peeling, cracking, or yellowing inside 90 days
• • Misprint or wrong artwork on a stock board, jersey, hat, or plaque
• • Wrong size, color, or item shipped
• • Damage that occurred during our build process

1. 1. Email gibbysgorillaboards@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. 2. Include your order number and 2–3 photos of the issue.
3. 3. We respond within 1–2 business days with next steps — replacement, refund, or repair.

Boards carry a 90-day warranty against top-coat failure and manufacturing defects (wood separation, top-coat peeling). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, drops, weather damage, or modifications.

Our finish: 3 coats of polycrylic, sanded between coats, won't yellow.

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the damaged item before opening anything else, then email us within 7 days of delivery. We file the claim with the carrier on your behalf and ship a replacement.

Items with uploaded artwork, personalized name + number on a jersey, or custom trophy plaques are final sale. We can't resell something with your name or design on it.

Manufacturer defects on custom items are still covered — same 30-day window, same process.

We can usually cancel an order if you reach us within 24 hours and production hasn't started. After that, your item is being built and cancellations aren't possible.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Most cards see the refund within 5–10 business days.
