When you place an order, we collect:

• • Shipping address (if applicable)
• • What you ordered and any customization details
• • Uploaded artwork files (for custom orders)

When you join our launch list or use the contact form, we collect your name and email address only.

We never see or store your full credit card number. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe.

• • To fulfill your order (build, print, ship)
• • To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts
• • To respond to your questions and support requests
• • To send occasional updates about new products and tournaments (only if you opted in via the launch list)

We don't sell your data, rent your data, or share it with advertisers.

We use a small set of third-party services to run the shop. Each sees only the data they need to do their job:

• • Stripe — payment processing (card info, billing address, email)
• • Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery (name, email)
• • Vercel — site hosting (standard server logs)
• • Neon — database storage (your order and account data)
• • Vercel Blob — storage for uploaded custom artwork files
• • Cloudflare — DNS and email forwarding
• • USPS / UPS / FedEx — shipping carriers (name, address)

Order records are kept indefinitely for tax and warranty purposes. Uploaded artwork files are retained for at least 2 years in case you reorder. Launch-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to:

• • See what data we have about you
• • Correct any inaccurate information
• • Delete your data (we may need to retain order records for tax reasons)
• • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

We don't use third-party tracking cookies or run cross-site advertising pixels. Your cart contents are stored in your browser's localStorage so they persist if you close the tab. That data never leaves your device unless you place an order.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” year at the top reflects the most recent change.
